Typing Planet supports typing learning on Windows, macOS, iPad, and Android tablets. Just open a browser and enter the URL https://www.type.fun to use it.

Chrome browser is recommended. An external keyboard is required. Screen resolution of 1024*768 or higher is recommended. Mobile typing practice is not currently supported.

Typing Planet's point system is a positive incentive mechanism to encourage user learning. Typing Planet's purpose is to help users learn typing, with learning as the priority and games as secondary. Therefore, games in courses require spending points to enter. The more courses completed, the more points earned, encouraging a combination of learning and entertainment.

If you get an insufficient points prompt while playing games, you can earn points by completing practice courses. The score from each practice course determines the amount of point rewards. Except for keyboard fingering tutorial courses, every practice course can earn points.

Common causes are triggering browser or system shortcuts, or Caps Lock being pressed, or input method being enabled. You can try:

• 1. Close potentially conflicting plugins in browser, or disable conflicting shortcuts;
• 2. Check if Caps Lock is triggered;
• 3. Switch to English input to start;
• 4. Change browser (Chrome browser recommended);

Typing Planet paid membership allows learning all courses, experiencing all games and using all features, and supports creating different characters for family members, recording learning scores separately, and viewing learning statistics.

Typing Planet will not auto-charge. After membership expires, users can manually renew to extend membership validity.

Typing Planet does not support refunds after activation. The website allows users to try for free first, understand the product features, and then activate membership. Payment reminders again remind users to confirm their understanding of the product features before activating membership, and after multiple confirmation steps

You can purchase to extend membership expiration time before current membership expires. The newly purchased time will be added to the previous membership expiration time. For example: if you purchase 30 days on January 1, 2023, but current membership expires on January 10, 2023, then after purchasing 30 days, the expiration date will be February 9, 2023.

You can participate in Typing Planet's irregular promotional activities, or complete specified tasks to get discount offers. You can join Typing Planet's user group, or follow Typing Planet's WeChat public account, or bind a security email. We will notify you immediately of any promotional activity information.

Common cause is logging into the wrong account. Currently, phone number login, account password login, and WeChat QR code login are three independent accounts. You might be logged into a different account than the one you paid for. You can find your previously paid account through 'Member Account Recovery' as shown below:
